Jaro Software Verified by GSEs to Support UAD 3.6

Jaro is proud to announce that our products, JaroKit and JaroInspect, have been verified to support the UAD 3.6 specifications by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. As the only integrated, end-to-end technology stack in the U.S., Jaro supports appraisers and lenders to efficiently manage all appraisal and inspection needs.  

This verification arrives at a critical moment as the industry prepares for the transition to the new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) by November 2, 2026. JaroKit and JaroInspect were built intentionally for a UAD 3.6 environment which introduces a dynamic, data driven reporting framework designed to improve consistency, standardization, and data quality across appraisal workflows.  

Powered by Jaro software, appraisers are supported with a full set of tools for all their professional needs. JaroDesk provides appraisers with easy order management while JaroInspect provides efficient mobile driven collection, validation, and rule enforcement for collecting property data. JaroKit provides a full report writer with support for legacy appraisal forms and is now submission-aligned to UAD 3.6 requirements. In production environments, Jaro is enabling staff firms, like Opteon, to deliver appraisal files with improved consistency and reduced cycle times while supporting scalable, high-volume operations.

Jaro is excited to announce that with this verification and the upcoming UAD 3.6 deadline, all of our products will now be available to all appraisers. Over the past 18 months, we have perfected floor plan–driven data collection, developed and validated in partnership with Opteon’s staff appraisers in live production environments. Together, we have completed over 20K floor plan inspections, collecting richer and better data ahead of the 3.6 official rollout. We are excited to now be ready to share this technology with the entire industry.
